Mental Health  is essential to enjoy positive relationships, deal with life’s challenges, explore our capability, maintain a good sense of wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem. without good mental health, it will gradually affects our thoughts, behaviors and interaction with other people, and eventually develop into mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar mood disorder, personality disorder, eating disorders, anxiety and depression.

Tai Chi and Qigong have sequences of flowing movement coupled with changes in mental focus, breathing, coordination, and relaxation. They are relatively safe, nonpharmacologic practices and suitable for a diverse patient population. Both Tai Chi and Qigong deem to improve immunity system, reduce anxiety, depression, blood pressure and other psychological issues.
