Throughout terms and conditions, the term “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tai Chi Fitness Australia. By visiting our website and/or purchase products from us, you are engage in our “Service” and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

The Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you cease using our site. If in our sole judgment you fail, or suspect that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Service (or any part thereof).

Section Twelve – Entire Agreement

The Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.

Section Thirteen – Safety Tips

  1. Wear comfortable clothes so that you can move around easily.
  2. Wear shoes with flat soles (e.g. sand shoes or tennis shoes, Tai Chi shoes or Gongfu shoes), so that you body can be in contact on the ground firmly and comfortably.
  3. A bottle of pure water. Avoid caffeine drinks and soft drinks 1 hour before or after the class.
  4. Be punctual, arrive at class 15 minutes before class starts to relax and de-stress.
  5. Must always perform within your own level and limitation while performing the exercises. Do not take it as a competition.
  6. Please inform your instructor immediately if you have any health concern and need any assistance.
  7. If you never have had Tai Chi or Qigong experience, please start with beginners classes.
  8. Must fill in the pre-exercises forms and hand in to instructors before taken any classes.

Section Fourteen- Return and Refund Policy

All products and services purchased online or in-person at Tai Chi Fitness Australia are covered by the following Refund and Returns Policy.

Services For all classes and services, up until 7 days prior to class commencement a full refund is available to purchasers. Refunds are not available if requested within 7 days prior to class commencement. If you are unable to attend a class due to personal reasons, please notify Tai Chi Fitness Australia as soon as possible to arrange for a “make-up” class.

If a withdrawal is due to emergencies or exceptional circumstances, refund is applicable with an incur of $77.00 administration fee.

Refunds are not available after class completion.

Personal training or consultancy must be booked at least 7 days ahead, and fill in the related form accordingly. Cancellation notice is required 24 hours before the appointment, it can be rescheduled but it’s non-refundable.

TCFA reserves the right to change the venue or class time schedule due to unavoidable or unforeseeable circumstances.

Product Returns You have 7 days to return an item to where you purchased it from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
