Tai Chi strengthens my body and improves my balance and confidence.
It has helped me recover from my knee replacement a lot quicker than the doctor had stated. I also found that Tai Chi has help greatly in having a happy life in a way that helps me manage stress and my ability to cope with it. By joining TCFA, I have not only found a happy and healthy lifestyle but also becoming part of a wonderful caring Tai Chi family. My wife, Beth, also enjoys Tai Chi as much as I do. Tai Chi is more than a one hour class, it is a lifestyle which promotes well-being, strength and happiness.
